Research Interests

My research interests include the study of Food Safety, Food chemistry, Functional Foods, Food Additives, as well as Ingredients Processing of Fine Flavors. I am also interested in the exploration and development of the equipments based on or applied to an integration of high-techs, including the Fermentation Technology, Enzyme Technology, Targeted Chemical Modification, Physical Field Enhancement Technology, High-Leaching Technology, Mechatronics, etc.
