1. Biosynthesis Technology: Directed evolution and rational design of novel enzymes; Construction of cell factories for chemicals and peptides; Microbial fermentation and process optimization.

2. Food Biotechnology: Development and comprehensive utilization of antibacterial proteins/peptides and functional oligopeptides for food industry.
